    We rolled in with a group of 8. If you have 5 or more call and make a reservation. They were very busy and we were seated in about 25 minutes. The servers (Pedro) were great, all the food was great. I just love BBQ so this place scratches me where I itch. I went with the ribs and had a little beef brisket. Just so good. The mac and cheese was great too. Kids Mac and cheese was a big hit.

    Their food is excellent and the service is fantastic. My meals are always exactly what I ordered and plenty large. I have eaten at a few other locations and found service that varies. The food and service is always great at the El Centro restaurant.
